Artwork for Paranoid 12" by MeloManics, an electro-rock band from Amsterdam. The cover is a mosaic made up from a series of photos called 'City People', by dutch photographer Ringel Goslinga. The concept flows directly from the song's lyrics, written by London based vocalist Chan Brown, dealing with inner city anxiety. The city people are 'caught'  in the inner city maze. The mosaic on the backcover actually integrates a QR-code, to be scanned for mp3 downloads of the songs.
